People on forum were asked what is in their opinion biggest RS cheating event of 2005 and what has cheating done for them in last year. The results are rather clear:
The most significant cheating related events of 2005 were the creation of an open source Java bot for RS 2 called Aryan and development of RS 2 private servers. Sbot2 and deobfuscated client source code was mentioned as well.
Speaking of personal achievements, most people mentioned gaining riches and goods through cheating. Others have learned to code or script and enjoy creating new things for themselves and others. Lots of people have increased cheating ranks by joining us, which is a big step into another world behind the game.
Personally I think that the first generation of reliable, lasting RS 2 Java bots is a great step for RS cheating, but the biggest achievement is the raising level of professionality among RS cheating programmers and scripters. I'm getting more and more amazed by your skills and things you are capable of. Keep it up and not only you will make the community happy by providing it with excellent service, but also do a favour for yourself by learning things that will be useful in your further life.
